About Us
Morris and Rebecca Loboda began acquiring land and properties in the Greater Los Angeles in the 1960’s. They continued working throughout the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s when they were joined by their sons E. Michael Loboda and Howard Loboda. Today we remain a family-owned business, actively managing our existing legacy portfolio with traditional care while continuing to acquire quality real estate nationwide. Loboda Properties will typically “buy and hold” our properties rather than “flip” them, so we invest in and upkeep our properties for the long term to the continued satisfaction of our tenants and residents.
