Over 50 years ago Morris and Rebecca Loboda began acquiring raw land, apartment buildings and retail stores in Los Angeles during the high growth 1960’s. They continued acquisition and hands-on property management throughout the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s when they were joined by their sons E. Michael Loboda and Howard Loboda.Today we remain a close-knit family-owned business, actively managing our existing legacy portfolio with traditional care while continuing to acquire quality real estate nationwide. Loboda Properties will typically buy and hold properties rather than “flip” them, so we invest in the long term upkeep of our properties to the continued satisfaction of our tenants and residents. Our small and efficient family group makes buy decisions rapidly and provides capital funds internally with family funds rather than via syndication. Loboda Properties works closely with a small group of national lenders with a proven track record of closing deals on time. Together we have nearly a 100% closure rate and are not dependent on outside investors to complete our acquisitions.
