E. MICHAEL LOBODA
CEO
E. Michael Loboda brings 40+ years of real estate leadership as CEO of Loboda Properties. A licensed California Broker since 1982, he holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Real Estate from CSU Northridge. Michael leads the three-generation, family-owned firm, steering a national portfolio of 50+ residential and retail assets across 14 states (1.5M SF, >95% occupancy). Based in Beverly Hills, he directly oversees 25+ Greater LA properties across sourcing, underwriting, and asset strategy. Backed by internal family capital, he executes rapid, principal-driven transactions aligned with a disciplined, long-term buy-and-hold mandate. Michael is a member of the Loboda Properties Advisory Board Affiliations & Community: Beverly Hills Board of Realtors Board Member, Local Private Schools
HOWARD LOBODA
COO
Howard Loboda is a principal affiliated with Loboda Properties since his first property acquisition in 1981. A UCLA electrical engineering graduate, Howard has been involved in aerospace, communications and fiber optics bringing management, and strategic planning to the family business. Today he leads asset management of our national residential and retail properties as well as acquisitions and finance of new properties. Howard is a member of the Loboda Properties Advisory board
DOV EINHORN
DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT
Dov Einhorn brings over 20 years with Loboda Properties, combining an MBA in Finance with extensive capital stack experience. He previously served as an Israeli mortgage bank loan officer and a NYC property manager, building a strong foundation in credit risk and operations. Dov leads nationwide asset management, due diligence, and risk management across the residential and retail portfolio. Leveraging a dual perspective as both lender and owner, he underwrites acquisitions, manages insurance, and drives operational strategy to sustain the firm's >95% portfolio occupancy rate. Dov is a member of the Loboda Properties Advisory board
SARA SCHWARTZ
CONTROLLER
Sara Schwartz is a licensed CPA with experience as an auditor for KPMG covering both U.S. and international companies. Sara also has experience accounting at an investment firm with extensive real estate assets. Sara joined Loboda Properties in 2016 as our controller and internal audit specialist.
YAAKOV LOBODA
ASSET MANAGER
Yaakov Loboda is part of the Asset Management team at Loboda Properties, responsible for overseeing and managing the company's LA real estate assets both multifamily and retail. Prior to joining Loboda Properties, Yaakov was the Director of Multifamily Sizing for Dwight Capital, a large real estate mortgage lender, for over two years. In this role, he underwrote many real estate properties for loan size and managed a team which sized multifamily projects, contributing to the success of the company's operations. Yaakov holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Yeshiva University
